Updated: Sep 21, 2022

I am so excited and grateful that "Her View From Home" published this piece. I have been working on it for over a year and am so glad that it will get to reach a larger audience.

But, honestly, I feel like a bit of a fraud.

My oldest kid has been having frequent emotional meltdowns and all of my children are on a dinner boycott. I am still committed to teaching intuitive eating and emotional intelligence but ugh. It is really hard!

I keep reminding myself parenting is a process and this is just a tough season. As I say in the post, "I believe parenting is not about perfection but rather intention. I fully acknowledge I am still learning, growing, and definitely do not have all the answers."

Thanks for reading!
